Over more than 40 years in Chicagoland’s real estate landscape, Perino has seemingly done it all – from excavating a cornfield for residential development to planning and marketing, finance and sales. Perino’s varied experiences provide him a rich and broad perspective on marketplace trends and the solutions available to exceed homebuyers’ expectations.
The son of a general contractor, Perino often accompanied his father to construction sites and gained an early fascination for the creativity and craftsmanship of homebuilding. In 1972, an entrepreneurial Perino launched his own construction and development firm. In the subsequent decades, Perino contributed to the robust growth of Chicago’s south and southwestern suburbs, developing communities and building numerous homes.
Active in his industry and a respected advisor, Perino has mentored local real estate professionals, readily sharing his diverse experiences that crisscross towns, decades, and industry positions. It’s yet one more way he stays intimately connected to the industry and ensures that his work with Greystone Homes is the absolute best it can be.
A lifelong Chicago resident and father of two adult children. Perino lives with his wife in Willowbrook, and they enjoy the outdoors as well as their lively grand children.
